Dan grew up with a love of guitar and songwriting, which led him to pursue music at Boise State. That experience introduced him to the performing arts and the arts in general. After graduation, Dan worked as a stagehand in Illinois, giving him insight into live event production (theater, dance, and concerts). After moving to Phoenix, he worked as house manager at a performing arts center and soon after enrolled at Arizona State for graduate school, obtaining his master’s degree in creative enterprise and cultural leadership. Work and school have been extremely rewarding for Dan, and he finds them to be a big motivation for moving forward. He is happy to have recently relocated to the Wood River Valley and is a big fan of Ketchum and SVMoA.
